Tottenham and West Brom fought out a tense 1-1 draw at White Hart Lane as the hosts could not give new manager Tim Sherwood three points in his first full match in charge.
Christian Eriksen opened the scoring with a fine free kick in the 36th minute, curling the ball into the top corner of Ben Foster's net - but the Baggies hit back just two minutes later, with Jonas Olsson turning the ball in from close range after being left unmarked at a free kick.
