Rodrigo Palacio netted a late winner as Inter heaped further misery on AC Milan with a 1-0 win over their city rivals at San Siro on Sunday night.
The Nerazzurri had the better of a desperately poor Derby della Madonnina and were unlucky not to be awarded a penalty when their Argentine attacker was felled in the area by Cristian Zapata during the first half.
However, Palacio would eventually have the last laugh as he popped up in the 86th-minute with a superb back-heel to decide the game in Inter's favour.
