Everton 2-1 Southampton: Lukaku gets Toffees back on track

Everton kept up the pressure in the race for the top four with a 2-1 win over Southampton in the Premier League.


Seamus Coleman opened the scoring less than 10 minutes into the game with a fine strike - his fifth of the season - which went unanswered in the first half.

Then, in a topsy-turvy couple of minutes towards the end of the second period, substitute Gaston Ramirez burst forward from 40 yards to equalise before Romelu Lukaku near-instantly restored the Toffees' lead at the other end.
